Our guides are built from manufacturer specifications, UK and US retailer listings and reports from named independent testers, and each fact says where it came from — so you can check it.
How we research
We match specifications to how you’ll actually cook: induction or gas, oven-safe temperatures, pan weight. When a performance claim comes from a testing site, we name the site. If we can’t trace a claim to a source, it stays out of the guide.
